Sue's finely crafted 1932 Chevy is in the shop for some updates.
Planned for this beautiful car are some engine compartment updates,
a Flaming River stainless steering column, and some other goodies
that we offer at The StreetRod Store.
The engine will receive a fresh paint job, a pair of coated
block hugger headers, CoolFlex hoses, and some chrome and polished
accessories.
The upholstery around the steering column will be removed when
adding the new Flaming River polished stainless steel steering
column. All of the wiring hidden under the upholstery will be
cleaned up and a Flaming River billet ignition switch will be
mounted under the dash.
After the upholstery was removed, the wiring was found as expected. This wiring will need some attention as the Flaming River column will open up this area of the car.
The old column was removed and the wiring was given a chance to rest. All of the circuits will be separated and re-routed to become hidden from sight.

Here are before and after shots of the interior. The GM column was removed and replaced with a Flaming River stainless steel tilt column. Notice the foot room that was gained with this upgrade. As with the last pics . . . click on the photo on the right to enlarge it.
